| Natalie Portman is so near-perfect that many people just can’t fathom how she’s gone from child star in Lolita-esque roles in "The Professional" and "Beautiful Girls" to a bona fide adult actress (not that kind) in "V for Vendetta", "Closer" and "The Other Boleyn Girl" without a bad word about her in the tabloids, a drug scandal or a sex tape. Throw in the fact that she was able to poke fun at her clean record in the SNL Digital Short rap video, took a break from Hollywood to go to Harvard and has done the near impossible and kept her private life private, and she could write a Hollywood survival guide for all the Lindsay Lohans out there. Always a favorite with the Delta judges Natalie has never been out of our top 10. From a young age it has always been obvious that Natalie was a unique talent. Her maturity was evident from the beginning, both in the roles she chose and the quality of her performances. In her still young but already full career she shows off her directing, producing, and acting talents in three different films this year. In 2010, Portman will star in the fantasy adventure "Your Highness" opposite fellow Top 99er Zooey Deschanel and James Franco, the Darren Aronofsky ballerina-rivalry thriller "Black Swan" opposite another Top 99er, Mila Kunis, and the drama "Hesher" opposite indie prince Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Portman has also seen the value in taking on classics with a twist: She's set to produce and star in "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies". While Lindsay Lohan’s private life has overshadowed and ultimately eclipsed her acting career, as far as young Hollywood actresses go, Natalie Portman is the professional.
