| Zooey Deschanel - This girl is so adorable, and beautiful, and funny! You to remind yourself to blink, because you just can't look away. Zooey is like the dry humored girl next door who has the talent but doesn't want to be in the "in crowd" but who will listen to all your complaints and problems and tell you how to get the "popular" girl. She first hit our list in 2006 and has been steadily clinbing the ranks ever since. "Almost Famoust" might have been her breakthrough role that got it all started, but 2009’s "(500) Days of Summer" - an ode to the 21st century hipster if there ever was one - cemented Deschanel’s status as Hollywood’s latest indie darling and poster girl for the kind of crowd you’d see at an Of Montreal concert. Throw in the fact that she dyes her naturally brown hair black, plays the ukulele, performs in the indie duo She & Him with M. Ward, lists "Rushmore" and "Being John Malkovich" as two of her favorite moves, and married Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard in September 2009, and her "(500) Days of Summer" character Summer Finn isn’t half the hipster that Deschanel is in real life.
